Post Interview


So the interview is done and dusted and there is nothing that I can do to change what has happened. But, I can influence what happens next?

Imagine if your performance has been such, that the panel is torn between two candidates. What if there is a few days between the interview and the decision. Can we use this time to use our knowledge of nudge theory to influence the outcome in our favour?

The steps that we take next are a natural extension of the job search process and regardless of whether you get the job or otherwise, are a sign of your professionalism and competence.
